Join us on Thursday, October 10 @ 10 AM for a Firefighter Story Time with Billy Lieb.  Billy loves visiting the library and we love him!  He’ll be talking about fire safety, reading a story and maybe even showing off a cool vehicle!

We are aware of a problem with Tixkeeper and Eventkeeper.

The company that hosts this service moved to a cloud-based server on September 27 and there have been some issues.

As a result, Eventkeeper and Tixkeeper are having periods of downtime.  You may not be able to view events, register for events or place museum tickets on hold.

When to do homework

It’s that time of year when you are packing the school lunches again.  At first it seems like fun, but before you know it you are hearing those dreaded words “I’m having that again?”  What can you do (short of making them pack their own lunch or buy school lunch) when you are short on time and/or money?  We’re going to share couple of tips and tricks to make your kids lunch

It’s almost time for back to school and the Bridgewater Public Library is here to help!  We have a large selection of school themed picture books, some books to help ease your little one’s mind about going to school, school themed chapter books and ideas for school lunches. 

Let's begin with our parenting section, which contains a lot of sensitive topic picture books including books about bullying, friendship, sharing and more.

August is Picnic month…it’s also normally hazy, hot and humid.  By this time, in late August, you just want to take it slow.  A picnic sounds like a good idea, but also a lot of work.   Let’s try to make things simple for you!
