Dress A Girl provides hand-sewn dresses to young girls in need in the US and around the world. At this workshop, we will be creating dress kits for future sewing workshops. Thursday, June 27 @ 10 AM: Hello at the Farm with author Sherry Fry! Enjoy a lively reading with the author, followed by a kid-friendly discussion about the importance of inclusion and a joyful sing-along session that complements the story. After the reading and discussion, children will have the opportunity to engage in a hands-on activity related to the book. Additionally, we understand that some children may become overstimulated during the event. That's why we've designated a quiet space where kids can go to take a break if needed. This program is supported in part by a grant from the Bridgewater Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency. Open to all ages.
