Learn where your ancestors lived, and so much more, with Deeds and Land Records. These valuable records help trace a family’s movement across the country, can clarify confusing kinships in a region, and so much more. In this class you will learn where to find these records and how to interpret them.
This class is designed to help intermediate and adventurous beginners increase their genealogy skills, and all are welcome to attend. If you’ve never considered researching your family with land records, this class will get you started!
This class will be offered twice, in the same week, to allow for varying schedules. This is not a two-part class, but is the same class offered twice. Please register for the class time that works best for your schedule.
