Join Ashley in this series of fitness seminars, Fit for Life!

Come to just one class or join every week! Owner and Founder of @thegetfitgym, Ashley and her team are here to help you work on yourself both holistically as well as through workouts that anyone can do.

Each week there will be a seminar surrounding our busy lives, meal planning and nutrition, as well as overall stress reduction and building healthy habits. 

Kids are welcome! We have a separate workout space where they will be with a trainer focusing on stretching, light yoga, and exercise.
