The importance of community for mental wellbeing:
- Join an event outside your normal circle once a month
- Host an informal event to get to meet new people as meetup group or in your neighborhood
- Join a hobby – book club, gym, church, pick up sport
- Offer support & ask for support – fostering strong relationships
- Take Home: Flyers for upcoming events
Kids are welcome! We have a separate workout space where they will be with a trainer focusing on stretching, light yoga, and exercise.
