Special Events:

Tuesday, April 2@ 9:30 AM: Baby & Me Movement Class. Join us for this 30 minute class designed for caregivers and their children (ages 6 weeks to pre-crawling) with certified yoga instructor Jennifer Lynn of Nurtured Roots, LLC.  Please bring a yoga mat for yourself and a blanket/car seat for baby.  Online registration required.

Wednesday, April 3 @ 10:30 AM: Big Ryan’s Toddler Show. Big Ryan's toddler programs focus on puppet play, music, and movement. Due to the unpredictability and short attention spans of very young children these programs usually run about 25 to 30 minutes. Come in and have some fun with Big Ryan! No registration.

Thursday, April 11 thru Thursday, April 25:  Search and Find the Egg.  Kids ages 3-12 are invited to search the children's room to find a paper egg with a number written on it.   After you find the egg, you can fill out a raffle ticket with your contact information and the number on the egg.  On April 26, we will be drawing a winner for a bag of children's books. 

Wednesday, April 10 @ 6 PM:  New England UFOs.  Join Ronny LeBlanc to hear about the history of UFO sighting in your area.  All ages welcome. No registration. 

Wednesday, April 17 @ 10:30 AM: Virtual Baby Yoga with Sweet Pea Yoga. Join us for a special online Baby Yoga class for parents to enjoy with their non-mobile babies (3 weeks old to pre-crawling).  Register online to receive a ZOOM link and limited access to a recording of the class.

Thursday, April 18 @ 10:30 AM: Dr. Rosie Helps the Animals. Join Jennifer and Rozillia for an
interactive reading. Bring your stuffy for a checkup with Dr. Rosie. Online registration is required. Recommended for ages 4+.  Registration opens on April 4 @ 9 AM.


Friday, April 19 @ 1 PM:  Bright Spot Therapy Dogs.  Learn about the purpose of therapy dogs, the jobs they do and the impact they have on the people they serve.  They will also share the steps to becoming a therapy dog team.  All ages welcome, online registration required.  Registration opens on April 5.

Saturday, April 20 @ 10 AM:  Family Yoga with Renae of Maha Yoga. Join us for a free family yoga class, presented by Maha Yoga. Family Yoga is a perfect way to get everyone together all while being an active participant! We recommend kids at 8 years old and/or older or kids that can follow directions along with their parents. Please bring your own yoga mat and dress in comfortable clothes.  Online registration required.

Wednesday, April 24 @ 6-7 PM:  Dress a Girl Around the World. Are you and your friends or family looking to do some volunteer work? On Wednesday, October 25 at 6:00 PM, the Bridgewater Public Library is hosting a Dress A Girl Around the World dress kit workshop. Dress A Girl provides hand-sewn dresses to young girls in need in the US and around the world. At this workshop, we will be creating dress kits for future sewing workshops. This involves measuring and matching fabric to trims and accessories and then bagging them. (No sewing involved) All materials will be provided. This will be a fun, but meaningful activity for the entire family. Please join us!

Wednesday, April 10 @ 2 PM: Art with Melissa. Join Melissa from Beeble Art and create a giant flower. Ages 6+, online registration required.

Monday, April 22 @ 4 PM:  How does my garden grow?  Color a rock for your garden and take home a plastic pot with seeds to grow your own.  Thank you to Baker Creek for the seed donation.  Online registration required, ages 6+.

Thursday, April 25: Grab and Go Craft – Spring. Available while supplies last. One per child please.

Fridays in April @ 10 AM:  Read & Draw Art Class!  Join Ms. Laurie for this fun multi-week program sponsored by Triumph.  This program is for children ages 3-7 and registration is required. To register, call Nancy at 508-822-5388 ext. 208 or email her at ntilbe@triumphinc.org.  Space is limited.

Wednesdays in April @ 4 PM:  Anime Club.  Teens are welcome to join us for a meeting of the Anime Club.  Watch anime on Crunchyroll, hang with friends and suggest books for the library to purchase. No registration.
